CHINESE ESTLYE IDLEEZ



METHOD:
- Heat oil in a pan, add the garlic and ginger slivers, saute till they turn light brown.
- Now add the colourful veggies one by one , and then toss and turn, till the veggies are half done.
3.Next, add the tomatoes and onion. Cook for 2/3 minutes.
4.Now fold in the vada wedges.Then Toss gentyl very carefully.
5. Caution should be taken to see that veggies do not lose their shape.
6. Now pour all the sauces liquid mixture, all over the veggies n wdges of vadas.
7.After this add the spices( red/ black peppers as well as the salt.)
8.Now add the sesame n the monkey nuts crushed coarsely.
9.Just before Serving do remember to add the red chilly flakes .This will add the heightened aromas!!!!
NOTE:
This is an innovative dish, full on antioxidants and rich in proteins. Best for Breakfast or a light refreshment in the evening.
