Cheenee/Southey fusion (vadas with veggies )



METHOD:
1heat oil in a pan, add the garlic and ginger slivers, saute till they turn light brown
Now add the colourful veggies one by one , and then tos and turn, till the veggies are half done.
Next, add the tomatoea and onion. Cook for 2/3 minutes
Now fold in the vada wedges.
Toss gentl very carefully
Caution should be taken to see that veggies do not lose their shape.
Now pour all the sauces liquid mixture, all over the veggies n wdges of vadas.
After this add the spices( red/ black peppers as well as the salt)
Now add the sesame n the monkey nuts crushed coarsely.
Just before ervinf do renember to add the red chilly flakes .This will add the heightened aromas!!!!
