Cauliflower ka soup


METHOD:
- Take a sauce pan and add two blobs of butter.
- Add the shredded cauliflower and toss n turn gently till it turns slightly brown on the edges.
- Now add one mug of water and simmer over low flame.
- Next add the same amount of milk and again simmer till the shredded cauliflower is also done.
- Now add the cheese and allow it to melt. Stir once in a while.
- Add the corn starch slurry and keep on s\tirring otherwise some lumps may be formed.
- Finally add the adequate amount of salt and pepper.
- Just before serving add the fresh Pudhina leaves torn gently with nimble fingers.
- Serve hot with kala chana kebabs.
- It’s a great combo of a hot and delicious soup alomh with high protein veg kebabs.
