Method:
- Take the paneer slab and cut into three equal slices horizontally.
- Keep all ingredients ready.
- Sprinkle some salt & pepper over it.
- Now cover it with the Tomato chutney so prepared, ( covering it completely and evenly).
- Then cover this with the second slice of Paneer
- There after , spread the green chutney all over this slice.
- After this spread some dry fruits over this layer. ( Remember the dry fruits are sheer optional).
- Finally cover this layer with Yet another layer of Paneer slice.
- Cover with the white sauce that you have prepared( ensuring that you have covered it op top as also covered the sides – like you would do icing on a cake.)
- Cover with a cellophane sheet and refrigerate a 6/8 hours of hours. The idea of chilling it for so long is that the layers settle them selves onto each other and kind of become one big LOAF.
- Then remove the cellophane sheet, decorate with the slices of Tomato/ capsicum as shown in the pics above.
- Top with shredded cheese.
- Microwave with griller 2/3 minutes.
- Serve asap.
- Goes best with some cutlets , toasted garlic bread / Atta bun and some stir fry veggies.
