SAVOURY MUSHROOM SOUP


Method:
1.Take some butter, add onion rings, simmer X 2/3 min.
2.Now add mushrooms slices , saute both with a little sprinkling of salt. Cook X 5 odd min.
3.Now add the already boiled peas. Allow to simmer X 3-4mins. Cover with a lid to hasten the process.
4.Time now- to add the water as shown in the reel, reduce flame and allow to simmer X 3-4mins. Next add the corn flour slurry and fold continuously to avoid making of lumps.
5. Now add some soya sauce n chilly sauce, add little butter if you like. Black pepper to be added later on.
6.As u see in the video I have kept few slices of mushrooms on the tava to roast.
Pour the soup in big broad bowls, garnish with roasted n toasted mushrooms and start having immediately, it will go best with garlic cheese toasts. ( recipe video ready)….ALREADY PUBLISHD 1 WEEK AGO

METHOD:
1.Put Butter in your frying pan.
2.Add mushrooms, simmer 2/3 min.
3.Now add onions and leave them also on low flame X -4 or 5 min.
4.They will both leave water which will gradually dry up
5.Once that is done and the mushrooms are half done, add the parboiled peas n dice tomatoes into the pan
6.Now toss n simmer over low flame.Add salt/ red paprika and cover till nice and done
7.Finally just before serving add either some desi ghee chiddi ( left over remanants when you make desi ghee)or if u like u may add 3-4 big tea spoons of Malai.
8.Sprinkle freshly ground black pepper and serve asap along with typical Indian food.
9.It’s a rich veg version of protein and tastes excellent if eaten fresh and piping hot with either Poori/ Paratha.

Method
1.Beat two eggs, beat them well.
2.Add diced onion/ green chilly/ coriander.
3.Add a few drops pf lemon if u like.
4.Spread the omelete mix on the tava, spread evenly.
5.Once egg mix is set, place half bun in the center.
6.Fold each side like you would make an envelope. Turn side till nice and done.
7.Remove from tava plate in a flat dish.
8.Decorate with sliced tomatoes .
9.GarnisH with shreds of grated Amul cheese serve hot with chilly sauce and green chutney.

HIGH PROTEIN MILLET DOSA



METHOD
1.Soak the millets and the Urad dal along with the methi dana in night in winters and 6 hours in summers.Grind to a smooth paste.
2.Leave it to rest another 4/5 hours till it is well fermented.
3.Now ready the other ingredients as you would for an egg omlette.
4.Spread the dosa as u would in normal way.
5.Spread the Egg omlette mix along witythe onions/ green chillies n coriander.
6.Sprinkle red chilly pdr.
7.Lubricate the tava as and when required.
8.Toss the dosa when the omeltte is set and done.
9. Turn and fold gently serve asap.
I served my husband with Green chutney ……Punjabi style
Red tomato chutney .. Bengali style
and ofcourse the white coconut Madrasi style chutney
And NOW IS THE TIME FOR THE FINALE
The sweet dish. Just replace the egg mixture with brown suga.( gud wali shakkar) Spred liberally .
Use desi ghee for best flavour.
