1.Soup: Broccoli

2.Snack: Bambino Special

3.Salad:Koshimbir

4.Desert: Shahi Bread Halwa

BROCCOLI SOUP


Method: All three of same measurement:

1.Pour broccoli+ garlic+ onion (1+2=3) puree(should be approx. one mug) in a saute pan.

2.Add same quantity of water. Simmer together for 4 to 5 minutes.

3.Add one mug of milk. Simmer again for 3 to 4 minutes.

4.Add salt + coarsely grounded fresh Black pepper.

5.Pour into serving mugs, hot & piping.

  1. Garnish with half teaspoon of malai + grated cheese if you fancy.
  2. Serve hot with Beet Root cutlets and Mint Chutney.(Beetroot cutlets will be shared shortly)

MASALA BAMBINO SPECIAL

Method:-

1.Smoke oil, splutter Mustard seeds,Add split Urad &Chana dal. Fry till they turnlightbrown.

2.Add potatoes & onions diced fine. Simmer for 3 to 4 minutes.

3.Then add all veggies diced into small pieces.Roast x 3/4 mins till half done.

4.Now add Roasted bambino, dry roast 3 to 4minutes.

  1. Add all masalas, g.g paste and tomatoes,half of the dry fruits, and said amount of waterand seasonings.

6.Add Salt/pepper & paprika (red chilli powder) acc. to taste.

7.Cover lid and keep over low flame, till everything is cooked.

  1. Pour juice of lemon according to taste, Pourout into serving dish, garnish with diced fresh coriander, &some dryfruits, as per desire and affordability.

8.It’s a very healthy snack that can be served as a MINI MEAL.Serve along with Greenchutney & sweat n Sour Tomato chutney.

IMPORTANT:

It has a lot of colourful veggies, is very low on oil, so over all a very healthy Tea time snack and also ideal for breakfast.

Method:

  1. a) Keep all ingredients in a state of readiness.
  2. b) Should be served as soon as assembled,otherwise it will lose its crunchiness.

c)Mix all together and serve asap.

d)If you like you may give it a Mustard seeds n green chilly tadka in smoked oil.

IMPORTANT:-Greens are full of antioxidants.The peanuts give the necessary protein.The dry fruits add the minerals and honey gives you the necessary savoury taste.The lemon juice adds the tangy taste and provides lots of Vit C which is a potent antioxidant.

SHAHI BREAD HALWA

Method:-

1.Take desi ghee in a Sautepan. Put the powdered bread into it and roast over low flame till nice and brown.

2.The aroma of the roasted bread will fill theroom.

3.Add water (lesser than the breadportion) the split small cardamom, and stir gently.

  1. Add sugar and cover for 3 to 4minutes.Add all the dry fruits and fold in gently. Avoid formation of lumps.

5.Lo’ and behold the bread Halwa is ready. It takes lesser time to prepare than most halwa’s.

6.Take out in a designer serving porcelain dish, garnish with some dry fruits and Char magaz(seeds) and serve hot.

7.On a nice wintery evening, with Broccoli soup and Salad, this is an ideal Dieters Lunch.

And same if you take at dinner time with the Bambino Special and Bread Halwa
