MILLET & DAL SHAHI ROUNDALS



METHOD:
- Soak Urad dal and Fox tail millet X 6-8 hours along with half teaspoon of Methi dana.
- Next grind to a smooth paste. Allow to ferment for another 6-8 hours.
- Add jaggery powder to sweeten the mixture acc to taste.
- Next divide the mixture into two portions.
- leave one half as sweetened , and Add salt and pepper in the other half.
- Take two skillets and pour salt and sweetened mixture onto one dosa tava, to make one large uthappam. and pour the other sweetened mixture into the other skillet making small mini uthappams
- Spread diced onion ,tomatoes, green chilly diced and chopped coriander on the large uthappam. Cool over low flame, covering and turning upside down when required.
